Eating well and resting are required for a constructive training

Thomas Kieller

To maximize our training, we must not simply do the program exercises. We must embrace good life habits, such as eating well and resting sufficiently.

If the training program is diversified (flexibility, muscular strength, cardiorespiratory system, etc.) and the active person has good life habits, it is certain that in the long term the physical condition and the health of that person will improve significantly.

It goes without saying that smoking and drinking alcohol are shackles. To maximize our form and health, it is better to say no to tobacco and to drink with moderation.
